Rajesh took part in the National Archery Championship representing Tamilnadu State (of which Chennai is the capital).The event was organised by the Field Archery Association of India and took place in Kadappa, Andhra Pradesh over a 4-day period.Well done to all who took part, the work that the Hare Voluntary Service Group do in the local area is extremely important and all members should be highly commended for their part in it.The weather was glorious; however the conditions were slightly tough due to some wind.

This William Hare project was chosen in particular as it is situated in close proximity to the Museum and is complete – the people who took part could see the building itself on their way home from the event.
International Women in Engineering Day is now an international awareness campaign to raise the profile of women in engineering and focus attention on the amazing career opportunities available to girls in this exciting industry. William Hare India’s very own Hare Voluntary Service Group recently visited the local Hope Foundation School, which is a not-for-profit organisation for children from underprivileged backgrounds and orphanages.
The Jim Hall Memorial Trophy for 4BBBS 18 Holes was won by Joe Caunt and Adam Booth from William Hare UK and the runners up were Mark Jordan and Richard Mosek, also from William Hare.
